| Philosophy | Alexander Robertson School treats each child as an individual while emphasizing his or her importance to the larger community. In our academically rigorous program, our teachers integrate the best of traditional and contemporary educational practices and tailor them to each student's strengths and learning styles. At ARS, children master skills through hands-on exploration. French, music, art, and physical education round out our program. Our proximity to Central Park offers a special opportunity for play and learning. Since developing leadership and respect for others are integral to the ARS philosophy, all classes participate in community and global service projects throughout the year. |
